I love Cariadoc's sekanjabin recipe, though getting fresh mint this time of year could be pricey. I found some sekanjabin in the local Persian market once and it was identical to Cariadoc's, so you may be able to just but the syrup. Good stuff hot or cold, keeps indefinately on the shelf.
