[Sca-cooks] Help me drink beer (semi-OT)

I am definite a fan of the fruit lambics. 

I was first introduced to them on a trip to Amsterdam many years ago. I also 
learned that I enjoy them most when they are just cool, not cold.

And a good ale, beer, etc., should be treated line a good wine. There are 
definite food pairings that should be considered when you find ones that you 
like.
