[Sca-cooks] Carrots in period

I've emntioned it before.  These are five (possibly seven) different orange 
varietals that form the basic stock for our commercial carrots.  Somewhere 
amongst my accumulated papers, I have a list of some of the names and a 
reference to some of the original botanical descriptions.
