I am pleased to report success.  I am sipping a glass of Lindemans
cherry lambic, and I find it good.  Even if I don't find that specific
brand and flavor in a particular Belgian restaurant/pub, I now know
that I can order a lambic with a certain amount of confidence.

My thanks to everyone who made suggestions and shared their experiences.
