Oh my. A search for "oxtail" or "ox tail" turns up nada, nothing, zilch in the Florilegium. Most distressing. And unusual. I usually at least get something unrelated...

Oxtail must not be one of the SCA's favorite ingredients at all, much less in soup. What else *can* you use ox tails for?
