Yes, in the dearth of actual butchers these days, Ranch 99 can sometimes
fill the gap with "specialty" meat cuts.
I just need to learn the appropriate Asian language words for Sheep stomach
and lungs...then I can make a haggis :)
Half the "butchers" out there don't even know the difference between suet
and fat...

I just got home from the grocery store and I saw calf's tails! Ranch 99 is
FANTASTIC! 
I didn't buy them because I thought I would not have a use for them. 
Now I do! 
Must return to the store.
