[Sca-cooks] It's done

WOW

I started to download the image files some while ago but my computer crashed 
in between so I never got around to do more than transcribe a few of the 
ones I wanted to present as "was still done in the 19th cent as in the 15th 
cent"  (and is still more or less done so today)

Unfortunately I had no good backup so every thing was lost.

As far as I remember I picked the Sulz vom Kalbskopf and followed that 
trough a couple of books.
