This is helpful and I will pull out Westbury as well and see what he lists.
I have done a detailed comparison of the 1557 and the 1596 and there are some interesting difference from a type setting and language change standpoint but nothing that changes the recipe.
Using your link below I found the digitized version of the 1596 (again) and the 1600 (which I will look at momentarily), but not the 1610 or the 1559.
Any interior links to those or other breadcrumbs.
The three editions that I am most interested in looking at (if anyone has an online source) are the 1549, 1552 and the 1556.

PS - Just briefly looked at the 1600 and it appears to be very similar to the 1596. I will do a side by side to see if it is the same plates.
