I was reading a recipe for lentil soup at the end of a mystery set in Australia, and came across the ingredient "silverbeet" which you chop the leaves of and cook in soup. Any suggestions as to which is meant? Kale? The stuff with the rainbow stems? Bewildered in Brooklyn Devra
