The latest issue of Petits Propos Culinaires arrived today.

Except for some notes at the beginning, issue 93 is devoted to The  
Treatise of Walter of Bibbesworth  translated into English from Anglo- 
Norman by Andrew Dalby. Walter of Bibbesworth was born prior to 1219  
and died in or after 1270.

For those interested in the 13th century, it's certainly worth a look.
