[Sca-cooks] Codex 1601 was Penn in Hand Database

Actually the notes on MS. Codex 1601 says
"Origin: Written in England between 1580 and 1600 (f. 1-48), with  
additions from the 17th through early 19th centuries (f. 49-86). "
