Plat is Sir Hugh Plat's Delights for Ladies. Medievalcookery.com is
using transcribed recipes
by Kirrily Robert. She's using the Fussell 1948 edition of the 1609
original.
There's a surviving 1602 edition for Plat and it's thought that the
work was first
published in 1600.
