[Sca-cooks] How to strain almond milk through a cloth

I use a square of muslin as the filter, fold up the corners, then holding 
the fabric just above the draining mass, I rotate the bottom to increase the 
pressure and force out the liquid.  I also have been known to squeeze the 
ball of the cloth to force out any excess.
