Update on class availability:
There is no class pre-registration required for "no limit" classes.
Cheesemaking 101 is full and has a waiting list.
Viking bread in theory and practice is full, no waiting list started yet.
The limit for Intro to Pressed Cheese has been increased to 18 so there is still room.
La Cucina Povera: Italian Peasant Food in the Sixteenth Century is full, no waiting list started yet.
Mozzarella has one more space before it is full.
Drying and Preserving Herbs in a Dough Coffin has two more spaces before it is full.
Skyr is full and has a waiting list.
“Gebachens” – Foods for Fastnacht is full and has a waiting list.
Hands-on Carving: Chickens, Peaches and Pies has one more space before it is full.
The schedule on the website is not the most current one. With these sorts of events, the schedule will remain in some state of flux until the day of the event.
