[Sca-cooks] Thanksgiving trends

I was going to try to grill or smoke my turkey but then I thought it might limit my leftover and stock options.  So I am playing it easy (really busy time at the office) with just a roast turkey, cranberry/orange sauce, green chili cornbread sausage stuffing, savory whipped sweet potatoes, and roasted root veggies w/ sherry butter and honey, and giblet gravy.   Maybe a mincemeat tart.
 
As much as I love cooking, I am relaxing a bit after the baking frenzy for last Sunday's Toys for Tots bake sale. ;)
