Olde Hansa makes a lovely spiced beer that I crave some days. Those of you
"in the know", do you have any ideas what spices he uses? I could taste
fennel, and cardamom, and a couple of other spices that I wrote down as I
drank it and do not have with me now. I know it's not a gruit recipe
because the beer is modern with spices added, and maybe honey too.
