You might check your library (or bookstore) for "Fifty Shades of Kale."  It sounds like an interesting book if you can get past the book and chapter titles.

Since I'd like to find a way to eat more kale, and it already tends to go bad before I can use it all up in salads, can anyone recommend some other recipes with kale, either period or modern?

I know this is still "silly season" but that is almost over, and I'm afraid I'll forget about this if I wait until next week. :-)
