First, apologies for the delayed reply, i've gotten really backed up on my e-mail (drat FB, where several of the groups i'm active in have moved).

Second, thank you for the link, although it is problematic, requiring Djvu viewer which doesn't seem to be working. I'm still considering buying the book. Even with portable devices, i find it's still easier to "cuddle up" with a book than a computer. Although if it is, as Guillaume says, a Polish translation of a Czech translation of a German cookbook...
