[Sca-cooks] The next great cooking gadget?

How many home kitchens have salamanders or use sous vide to the extent that they would need this?
I actually have an iron salamander but it's hard to heat with my stove so
I have a small portable torch for flans,
(Did you notice that the inventors say "We still use a naked torch for crème brûlée."?)
