Have heard that the new edition by Ken Albala, Timothy J Tomasik of the Livre fort excellent de cuysine will be out at the end of March - first part of April.

It's titled  "The Most Excellent Book of Cookery: An edition and translation of the 16th-century Livre fort excellent de cuysine".
