[Sca-cooks] Food in 16th century Russia : Herberstein

In the Swedish and Icelandic cookbooks are same recipes shared by the Vikings and the Russian, it were the Vikings (called Varangian) which creates and ruled Novgorod and Kiev between the 9th and the 11th century.
