The Martino can also be found in the Octavo edition (my favorite translation). It is usually referred to as the LC Martino or the Library of Congress Martino. 

The others, including Nott's Dictionary, are REALLY interesting. Thank for sharing Johnnae. 

Now I have a challenge. 

Who can find the recipe for tomato ketchup in Gerard's first?
