This seems a great opportunity for those who like deep-fried turkey - and know how to do it safely!

Sandra, who will be at her sister's, and therefore only responsible for the wild rice (and gravy-making)

Subject: [Sca-cooks] Hanukkah and Thanksgiving

Wikipedia explains it as "the convergence of the American holiday of Thanksgiving and the first day of the Jewish holiday of Hanukkah."
Hasn't happened since 1888.

And of course it has a special name, namely Thanksgivukkah!

Hanukkah and Thanksgiving-- so what are people cooking this year?
