[Sca-cooks] Hanukkah and Thanksgiving

My sister has been having fried turkey on her table for the past 12 years.
It's wonderful.  Just that we live 1700 miles apart now.

FYI Everyday Food just sent a recipe for wild rice dressing.  I was
thinking I might add it to my table.  It's gluten free and vegetarian.
