[Sca-cooks] Something for the Season

Our current plan is to do a triple turkey judhaba--a turkey roasted over 
a banana judaba, an apricot judaba, and a cranberry judaba. For some 
reason al-Warraq omitted the last from his cookbook, but we plan to 
repair the omission.
