[Sca-cooks] Shaped Pies

By happenstance, I rediscovered an album of photos on Cooking the Books 
(http://tinyurl.com/opkcfu6). These geometric, decorative shaped pies 
would be excellent for Elizabethan banquets when filled with colored 
jellies or with various creams. They would have been perfect for the 
recent Elizabethan banquet given here in the Cleftlands! What can _you_ 
do with them??
