[Sca-cooks] (OP) Interesting spread of sandwiches

What an interesting/odd mix.

As an relocated Balti-moron, I would have though a soft shell crab sandwich would have been more indicative of Maryland, if not a Crab Cake sandwich. I do recall Lexington Market doing good business with the Lake Trout sammies, tho.

As for New Mexico, well I can't call a cheeseburger (no matter how chili-lishus) a sandwich. It's a burger. I vote for the Albuquerque Turkey! That's roast turkey, cheese, quacamole and chilies. YUM!

The entry from Ann’s Snack Bar is a good sandwich, but hardly
representative of Georgia as a whole or even of Atlanta. A simple pulled
pork affair with Georgia style BBQ sauce and pickles would have been more
to the point. If the idea is to highlight a well-known dive in each state,
everyone in the area knows about the Varsity (http://thevarsity.com/).
