[Sca-cooks] Ivan Day Advanced Sugarwork Course

Greetings! Ivan Day has posted his 2014 schedule a few months ahead of 
anticipated (http://www.historicfood.com/courses.htm). His advanced 
sugarwork class is scheduled for 5-6 July which (drat!) is the same 
weekend as the Tudor cooks at Hampton Court. There is no description of 
the course yet on the web page.

If he keeps to that weekend, my potential UK trip will be shorter than 
anticipated. Can't hang around until the following month's Tudor cookery.
