[Sca-cooks] Herring in Wine Sauce

In English, smorgasbord usually means something more general, than 
the original term does in Swedish or Danish.   What I had in mind was 
a meal prepared by a group of Danish exchange students, of many  open 
faced sandwiches, garnished elaborately.  Some of which had pickled 
herring as a component.
