[Sca-cooks] Kale with bacon

I'm late to this party but our favourite is chopped or shredded, sautéed
with onions and garlic, mixed in with mashed potatoes.

Or, chopped and sautéed in the rendered fat from any preserved pork
product.

Or cut it in ribbons and add to soup: anything from minestrone to wonton.
