In the Vogelzang Sent Sovi version the order of the recipes has nothing to do with Sent Soví’s order.Vogelzang jumps around with no apparent order giving recipes numbers that have nothing to do with the Catalan text. I have combed them and found jumps from recipe XXXXVIII, which he calls II, to CI, which he calls III, recipe LII, which he calls IV.  Then what he presents as the Catalan text is not the full text of Grewe’s version but something abbreviated. Then he even has recipes that Grewe claims are lost such as one for lentils. . . I think the Grewe addition of the manuscript deserves a more serious effort to translate it from Catalan so I really hope someone has done that or is doing it as it is essential for following the progress from Sent Sovi to Nola.
