Bravo. I don’t know why Santachach endorsed the book taking into acount that the title and all the above is misleading-
you say:
they claim 91 recipes but show 72 in a different order

- false to assume that the Index represents a guide to an ur-text
Honestly, I cannot endorse a book with these flaws whether they be of a translator and/or the editor’s fault. They are cheating us with their title and then as I pointed out earlier their “telegram” translation of recipes. It is most flighty.
I think that Sent Sovi needs another attempt in translation. I wish it would happen yesterday as it is such a vital link to the progress of gormet cuisine from Badgad to Cordoba to the Catalans etc.
