If you've got them in electronic form, you can upload them to Google Docs  
and "Translate" them into any language you want (including English). 
Apparently  this uses the same OCR tool as Google Books.
 
Unfortunately, it seems to have a de facto limit of about 10 pages, so if  
your documents are longer, you'll need to divide them up.
