[Sca-cooks] Starch was Turkish delight

To clarify, I am referencing the usage of the word "starch" in English, 
rather than the earlier term "amydon."  Villeneuve (Villanovanus, Villa 
Nova) would have used some form of the Romance "amidon" rather than the 
Germanic "sterch."  Still, it's good to know.
