[Sca-cooks] ground horseradish root

It is available in Germany too - just ground horseradish, not dried, in
a jar. Add a few antioxidants and stuff. See here for instance:

Or buy fresh and grind yourself. 

And the German word for Horseradish is Meerrettich, 'Meer' in this case
relating to 'mare', so also the horse reference. No idea where it comes
from.
