As a side note, it seems many people seem to have an intolerence or allery to horseradish. I know for my daughter it was the last food allergy she finally grew out of. It would make her lips & tongue swell so she couldnt breath.

Anyway, im not sure horseradish grows in Texas. I think they just grow oil, cows, armadillos & cowboys  ;-)
