[Sca-cooks] Missing Digests

Often a Digest goes missing because it contains a S. P. A. M. link and one's ISP has software set up to protect its users.

When i "miss" a digest, i go to the cooks list archive, and rebuilt it, since i know the last message in the previous digest and the first message in the subsequent digest. Plus, that way i can keep from copying the suspicious message to myself.
