I agree that it is a rich, light bread.  I always stock up on it during the holidays as it keeps very well.  And yeah, they are VERY good with anything from tea/coffee to adult beverages.  Trader Joe's  sold very small ones this year and I got lots to pass along to friends (and for just me too).

 

I've seen the baking process on tv and it is not something I'd take on as yeast breads are generally not my thing.
