[Sca-cooks] Pompei poor eating giraffes??

The place to look would be 
Food in the Ancient World from A to Z by Andrew Dalby 
Entries are arranged in alphabetical order.

With this broken foot, I can't look for my copy in the library loft here but according to Google Books
camel is included on page 71.
