Thank you all for the feedback. Perhaps I'll try growing borage in the warm weather. I was hoping for a substitute that would allow me to make salad out of its growing season. As for purslane, I see that one of the other recipes calls for sorrel, which *might* be easier to come by. Brighid ni Chiarain
