As an ex-Baltimoron and East coaster, I expected to see scrapple for Pennsylvania. But then, I like scrapple. It's hard to find in Albuquerque.
Green chili stew.... no argument there for NM.

Yup, and once again, a national publisher forgets that Eastern PA is culturally and geographically different from Western PA -- (Much as the state is divided in the kingdoms of the East and Aethelmearc down the Laurel Mountains line). #perennialgripe
