[Sca-cooks] Another Silly Season item

I'd argue that the Juicy Lucy (I'm a 5-8 Club girl) is totally a Twin
Cities thing and that the canonical MN comfort food is actually tater tot
hotdish. Or possibly deep-fried cheese curds.

Or anything deep-fried and on a stick, for the last week of August (State
Fair season).
