An SCA acquaintance of mine in Atlantia has translated the Ryori Monogatari, the oldest known Japanese cookbook, which is just a few years past 1600. He shared it with me, but i can't share it with others without his permission. I'm an idiot and i can't remember his whole SCA name... Ii... Saburo??
He's looking for a publisher.
