ah! They're (Cooking channel) rev-ing up for Season 3, that starts on June 13, FRIDAY THIS WEEK... 

I think the episode with the chicken might be from Season 2, Crazy for Chicken -- which is scheduled for a broadcast on the 4th of July (!), along with the very first episode ever, the all-Hawaiian episode. W00-hoo, Cooking Channel is one of this month's DISH special previews, 113HD, ... oh SHOOT! this preview is only running through 7/1!
