Years ago I used a great period recipe for a bread tart - all I really remember is that it required a huge amount of egg yolks, and then bread crumbs and spices... does this ring a bell? Because I've been poring over my recipe collection and I can't find it. I stopped making it after my husband had a heart attack, and so lost track of it. Hrothny
