Feeling poorly? How about a little brouet a humor (brewet to  
smell/breath/sip - eggs, butter and verjuice)? No? Rye puree? Saffron puree?  Crayfish, 
almonds, cherries? Tartlets? Flan?
 
Though Medieval hospitals were pretty hellish, the food was often  good.
