Where? Where was this prohibited?
Saints used spoons. Bishop Remy left three (engraved with his name) in his
will,

Where is there any documented source that says that use of metal implements
for meat or fish was prohibited?

Basically, it was prohibited to convey organic food, i.e meat or fish, to
the mouth using metal instruments. This says nothing about aqueducts or
wine content. It only has to do with prohibiting eating meat or fish with a
metal fork.
