[Sca-cooks] Holiday

I do prefer a spicy pumpkin pie, preferably with both whipped cream and ice cream.  I'll make pumpkin pie again next year (the tart recipe I tried looked similar enough, but wasn't).  
Thanksgiving is a day I can add new recipes to, provided I don't alter the old ones...
