Here is one of the collections of royal statutes; there are about six that  
cover our period, but you may have to go to Gallica to get some:

Each has an index, so you can look up specific professions or  products.
 
There's a 1981 translation of the Dictionarius by Rubin, which may be in a  
specialized library near you.
