[Sca-cooks] Mughal Feast

What Elizabeth and I did was to look for period Islamic recipes and 
modern Indian recipes that made a plausible fit with the ingredient 
list. That was probably before the /Nimatnama/ translation came out, or 
at least before we were aware of it.
